Honeymoon

Her lace veil drapes down to the floor as she gazes at herself in the mirror. She can still hear the chimes of the church bells as visions of last nights wedding celebration dance in her head. She smiles at herself as she removes her ivory veil and walks over to her still empty suitcase. Our honeymoon. Pretty in her ivory gown, she will have violets in her hair. Dreaming of our honeymoon. Still smiling, she picks up the first piece of clothing, folds it neatly, and places in into the suitcase.
